Sir Joseph Hotung is a private investor.He served as a Director of HSBC Holdings plc, the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, and Hong Kong Electric Holdings Limited.He was the first Chairman of the Arts Development Council in Hong Kong, and also in Hong Kong he served as a member of the Judicial Services Commission and the Inland Revenue Board of Review.
